Refund Policy

At OUTFITTERZ.UK, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the terms outlined below.
1. Return and Exchange Window
- You may return or exchange any full-price item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds. However, they can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for another item or store credit.
2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Returns must be brought to our physical store for processing.
We currently do not offer return shipping by post. All returns and exchanges must be handled in-store.

4. Refund Method
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of return approval.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items (refunds not available; exchange only)
- Items returned after 14 days
- Items without tags, in worn or damaged condition
