Reference to 'business days' refers to Monday to Friday, excluding UK public and bank holidays. Delivery estimates are based on the day you place your order.

1. SHIPPING INFORMATION

Delivery Locations

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Deliveries to the Highlands and other remote UK regions may take longer and may be subject to additional shipping charges. We will inform you of any such costs or delays before dispatch.

Please note: We do not currently deliver to PO Boxes, British Forces Post Office addresses, or addresses outside the UK.

3. DELIVERY DELAYS

We aim to dispatch all orders on time, but delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather or postal disruptions). If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
- First, check the tracking information provided.

4. LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order is lost in transit, we will open an enquiry with Royal Mail. Upon confirmation of the loss, we will issue either a replacement or a full refund.
